Return and Exchange Policy
Return, exchange and refund:
- We thank you for choosing Shopmark to buy your favorite products and we are happy to serve you. Sometimes you may change your mind about the products you have purchased, but that's okay. At Shopmark, we will do our best to make the return or exchange process as simple and smooth as possible.
We have made the return or exchange process easy for you.
- The consumer has the right to return the product if the specifications do not match or there is a defect in the product within (2) days of receiving the product.
- In the event of a manufacturing defect or technical failure within 4 days, please contact customer service via WhatsApp on the following number: 0555912308 and report the defect so that those in charge can send a return policy and then take the necessary procedures for the return and then refund the purchase amount .
- The consumer must inspect the product completely before installation. If any damage is found, please contact customer service and report the damage to solve the problem before installing the product.
- In the event that the product is returned due to a defect in the product, a manufacturing defect, or damage during the delivery of the product, no additional fees for the shipping and bank transfer service will be charged to the customer, and the store will take care of this.
- In the event of a return for other reasons, such as the customer’s need to exchange the product for another, or the customer’s desire to return the product without a reason, the customer shall bear the round-trip delivery fees.
- The store does not accept the return of the product with scratches or damage from the customer and has the right to agree to accept the return of the products or reject them if the above-mentioned criteria are not met .
- The consumer has the right to review the order within 4 days only from receiving the order. In the event of a shortage or manufacturing defect in the product, you can contact us on WhatsApp 0555912308. The store is not responsible for anything after the consumer’s grace period has passed.
Return and Exchange Policy:
1 - Purchase return or exchange policy:
- This policy applies to the product being in its original sealed packaging and in the same condition as when purchased.
- When returning, all accessories and gifts received with the product upon purchase must be returned in their original packaging.
- Products that have been opened and have a manufacturing defect can be exchanged for the same item.
- Products that have been installed cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
2 - Return and exchange procedures and locations:
- The original purchase invoice must be attached when initiating the exchange or return process.
- The period for returning the product from the customer to the warehouse usually ranges from (10) working days.
- The returned product will be examined by the specialized team within a period ranging from (1:5) working days. If it is found during the examination process that the product to be returned is free of the reason mentioned in the request, the value of the request will not be refunded.
- The order value will be refunded to the customer through the customer’s bank account or payment method within a period of (14) working days.
3 - Recovery methods :
The customer has the option to return the value of his purchases or replace them with another product, according to the customer’s choice.
- To recover the value of purchases made using credit cards or bank checks, the amount will be refunded through the customer’s bank account.
4 - Exceptions not covered by the return and exchange policy:
- Malfunctions and damages resulting from misuse.
- The serial numbers of the device, the original carton, the colors or any other appearance do not match the product when received during the purchase process and as stated on the purchase invoice.
- Personal care products and mirrors are not allowed to be exchanged or returned.
- Electrical appliances are guaranteed by the agent, not the store, and a product cannot be returned or replaced if it has been used.
- Mirrors and products less than 5.75 riyals are not exchangeable or returnable.
Note: There is no financial compensation less than 50 riyals. It is replaced with a discount coupon to be used in the store.

Modification of the list of terms and conditions:
- Shopmark has the absolute right at any time to modify the terms and conditions of the site without prior notice or warning. You can access the latest version of the terms and conditions at any time on the site. If you do not accept the modifications to the terms and conditions, you must stop using this service. If you continue to use this service, you implicitly agree to abide by the modified terms and conditions of using this site.
